In essence Renaissance house with lately empire facade situated in terraced housing of southwestern front of the square. One-storeyed building with the second attic storey and arcade has three-axial facade and two curves of arcade. Two columns of semicircular arcades are strengthened by non-plastered inclined supporting columns from sandstone ashlars. The front is horizontally divided by cordon continuous under-window and crown moulding with laying, onto which is put a low attic. Windows on the first floor with direct over-window moulding are completed by wide overproportioned space by wall surrounding, windows on the second floor by under-window mouldings in profiled orthogonal wall surrounding. Arcade is vaulted with crest sectors of Lunette are based on sandstone profiled mouldings, under which are on the house side three sandstone labels separated into six fields. Over the first label there is datation 1583, on the second label are in the first field letters PS, in the fourth field BM. The left room (hall) by arcade has generous Renaissance adaptation. Chamber on the right side is vaulted by three fields of cross crest vault. Mentioned large hall is vaulted by neck vault with corner, supporting and side sectors. A face of the vault is provided with crests and keystones with relief rosettes. In the plinths of edges of lunettes are sandstone small mouldings. A narrow corridor into the yard is vaulted by segment. The first storey is flat-ceiling, one room with timber closing ceiling. In the building stayed a part of valuable interior equipment from the 18th century (a wooden balustrade with complicately profiled skittles and strobiles, an attention deserves early Renaissance porch on between floor, entrance sandstone porchs on the ground floor (Renaissance and classicist) etc. House with a law of brewing was built on older foundations in 1583 by rich butcher Paul Schindler in the fourth quarter of the 18th century. Lately empire front dates back to the years 1840-60. Partial operations in the second half of the 20th century.
At the back end of the plot there stands by Úzká street an one-storeyed building (Úzká street, orientation Nr. 13, house Nr. 2001). The four-axial front has eccentricaly situated entrance, continuous corridor is vaulted by sequence of Prussian small place on the belts. Empire new building from the turn of the 2nd and 3rd quarter of the 19th century is unoccupied and considerably dilapidated, the building shows significiant construction-technical and static defects, plaster on the ground floor is bare in the continuous area.
