DENATOP S/UNI - universal self-netting acrylate enamel [ Výrobek nebo zboží k prodeji ]

DENAS COLOR, a.s. - 52
DENATOP S/UNI - universal self-netting acrylate enamel -

DENATOP S/UNI
is a unary water diluted enamel, formed on the base of self-netting acrylate dispersion of a new generation. It contains coloured pigments, fine fillers, biocides, coalescents, rheology modifiers, and other additives modifying its properties. During drying and hardening of the coating, a chemical netting of the binder takes place by means of oxidation, so that a high-quality and resistant film is formed, which can be comparable in its properties to two-component coating systems.

Use: Top finishing coats of metal and wooden products outdoors as well as indoors. The enamel is suitable for coating of metal grounds painted with priming coats (including synthetic priming paints on the base of alkyds) as well as for applying on old synthetic coats during renovation, and for coating of radiators, windows, doors, door-frames, banisters, boarding, garden furniture, etc.

Properties:
Density: 1.2 - 1.3 kg/l
Mass dry substance: 40 - 50 %
pH 8 - 10
Volume dry substance: 30 - 40 %
The coating is highly resistant to chalking and embrittlement when exposed to UV radiation; it is weatherproof and resistant to the effects of detergents used in household as well as of other chemical preparations; it has a long operating life indoors as well as outdoors. The enamel is characterised by quick drying and abhesion of the surface and therefore is suitable for window and door painting, etc.

Ground preparation: The grounds must be dry, devoid of mechanical as well as greasy impurities, and of paint remainders not cohesive with it. Metal grounds must be painted with an appropriate priming coat. Wood and absorbent grounds should be impregnated with a synthetic or dispersive impregnant and after getting dry reground if desirable. It is recommended to regrind old coats cohesive with the ground and to apply the enamel straight without the impregnating coat.

Procedure: The enamel is applied by a brush, paint roller, or by spraying in the supplied consistency without dilution. It is applied in two or three coats with a minimal interval of two hours between individual coatings. The air and ground temperature during application and drying of the coat must not drop below + 10 °C. Spreading capacity is 7 - 10 m2 out of one kg for one coating.

Shades: In accordance with the swatches RAL, EUROTREND, NCS, ČSN, or in shades by arrangement in a glossy, half-matt or structural design.

Packaging and storage: Plastic or sheet metal packages weighing 0.8 - 200 kg. The product should be stored in original packages at temperatures from +5 až + 25 °C, storage life min. 12 months from the date of production. The product must not freeze.

Security and hygiene: DENATOP S/UNI is not harmful in the sense of valid regulations. When working, use protective aids and observe the personal hygiene principles. When spraying, protect your respiratory organs; in bounded spaces provide aeration of the workplace. If eyes are hit, wash them out properly with a large amount of clean water and seek medical treatment.

Waste liquidation: Take empty metal packages to a salvage collector, waste code: 150104. Plastic packages liquidate as other waste, waste code: 150102. Paint remainders and impure packages liquidate as dangerous waste, waste code: 080111.
